the customer's feelings and the service provided by us is secured
and the results of the assessments are analyzed on a continual basis

Service Excellence
To accentuate his own commitment to provide a quality service to
all our customers, our general manager is personally involved in
the training of our people to ensure that the work done by us for
our customers is of the highest possible standard.
Also, in the training process, emphasis is placed on the important
need for flexibility in all dealings with our customers. We always
aim for excellence and customer satisfaction, but, in the unlikely
event of a situation requiring unusual attention, our General Manager,
under the unique JNK Quality Guarantee, undertakes
to provide his personal attention to this.
JNK is known for service excellence and it is highly
unlikely you will need to resort to the use of this Guarantee.
