We offer a complete range of integrated relocation and moving services

Our organization is compliant to BEE requirements
– 25,1% of the business is owned by PDI’s. The allocation
of shares is not final as we are still exploring inclusion of at
least one black woman to join the company. The inclusion of this
person, however, will not be done for the purposes of window dressing
– we are looking for a person with exceptional skills in areas
such as Human Resources Management and Financial Management.

ISO certification
We take pride in confirming that JNK Transport Services has
been certified by SABS to ISO 14001:1996 (Environmental Management)
and ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management) standards and was the first
moving company in Africa to have received both ISO 9001 and ISO14001
certification.
The company is accredited by the Dutch Council for Accreditation
(RVA = Raad voor Akkreditatie) of the Netherlands. We are
also members of the Proudly South African campaign, the
PMA (Professional Movers Association of South Africa)
and the RFA (Road Freight Association). These are
obviously all great achievements and we are extremely confident
that it will not only serve as a huge motivational tool, but also
as a catalyst to our people to further seek continuous improvement
in all our quality and environmental management programs.
One of the cornerstones of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is to continually
improve the quality of service to our clients. We are constantly
striving to improve our service and have identified Electronic Commerce
as the best avenue to attain our goals. With this in mind, we have
numerous projects on the go to ensure that our Electronic products
are constantly being upgraded and improved upon. Our approach in
this regard is plain and simple – to ensure extreme agility
and step by step evolution to e-business and beyond.
The two projects which have been given the most attention are:
- Internet based service information; and
- E-mail facilities whereby clients can communicate their needs
on a quick and easy basis.
The decision to use e-commerce has not only improved productivity,
but also reduced lead times and printed paper. With the click of
a mouse you can now have instant access to our range of services.
We have also realized that an organization can only satisfy customer
needs if they stay “close to the customer”. The most
difficult aspect to manage from a communication point of view is
